A diverse selection of home types and price points make up the approximately 270 units in 1800 Terry, a mixed-use high-rise tower for Seattle's Denny Triangle neighborhood. The design of the project is inspired by the tall, slender towers of Vancouver that allow light and openness to reach the street, enhance the skyline with interesting sculpted tops, and activate the public realm at the base with lively retail spaces.
